By default OL stores its *.pst File at C:/Documents/Settings......etc and, prior to xp, named it 'outlook.pst' , not sure about name in xp version. Not entirely sure of yr meaning re the location of yr *.pst files, but it sounds as though you may have installed OL with its defaults, then created a 'new' *.pst file

OK - pull back. What in Windows XP does that? Some stupidly written third party software does that; Windows does not.

OE attachment problem
Now what the heck is going on here? Why 3 home dirs for the same user? Why is there no way to login on the same workstation as X on the road and on the network and see the same documents and desktop? And why by default isnt win2k synchronizing the local documents/settings with the ones for that user on the server?
