Yes, there is no Documents settings in CD9OE. What setting you want to set as document defaults? Eg page size you can set as current document by going to Tools>Options>Document and clicking OK. Next time you run CD9OE new document will be that size. -- Serge Fateeff [C_Tech]

I have always clicked on photos, or music folders from within my documents with never a problem, then all of a sudded they are shortcuts and give me the access denied message as well! PC folder has stopped sharing over network!
Links /appear/ to be defined by the user links definition regardless of document link preferences. I can't get my links to appear according to the document HTML (not CSS, mind). Links work fine here using the documents settings when in document mode. When in user mode, my settings correctly override anything else.

Redirecting my documents settings to the D drive
I tried to recover by logging on to ECM and XP created a new user profile by that name with a blank My Document and My Music folder. It sounds like the applications you are starting are ignoring the folder they start in and looking to the Windows registry to find the My Documents folder instead. Check whether the applications have an internal option to set the default document folder. Or, setting the default folder might be a command line option
